It is small.
Six people maximum, carefully selected. You will not be lost in a crowd.
You built everything you said you wanted.
So why does it feel like this?
The work happens psychologically, emotionally, neurologically and physically. Not as separate modules, and not as activities attached to a retreat. Together, because insight alone does not always change the pattern the nervous system continues to repeat.
The therapy room, the mountain, breathwork, physical challenge and the horses each reveal something different. Simon brings those signals together into one coherent piece of work.
Every session, every day, every conversation. Not a facilitator. The clinician himself.
A cohort small enough that nobody hides and everyone is met. Strictly capped.
The therapy room and the mountain, worked together. Insight the mind can hold and the body can feel.
Direct WhatsApp access to Simon for three months after you leave. The work continues.
Simon Hitchcock is a British integrative psychotherapist with more than fifteen years of clinical experience. He has built and run two private residential clinics, treating addiction, trauma, eating disorders and burnout, written therapy courses at university level, and now appears weekly as a psychology presenter on Good Morning Spain.
Every conversation about The Ridge Intensive starts with him, personally. Not a booking form, not a sales team. Twenty minutes on the phone to see whether this is the right work for what you are carrying.
You are functioning. You are capable. By every measure the world uses, you are doing well. And something is wrong.
Not dramatically wrong. No crisis, no breakdown, just a flatness. A disconnection from your work, from the people you love, sometimes from yourself. You have probably tried the obvious things: the holiday that helped for four days, the therapist who gave you insight you already suspected, the app, the resolution.
You are still here. Still asking the question. That question is not a problem. It is the most important thing about you right now, and it deserves a serious answer.
Genuinely remote, above Pizarra, a home rather than an institution.
The horses, the land, the silence, none of it is staged. It's simply where the work happens.

Six people maximum, carefully selected. You will not be lost in a crowd.
Depth psychotherapy, wilderness work, breathwork and equine practice, real work, not a holiday with reflection attached.
Ninety days of direct WhatsApp access to Simon. Most programmes end at the airport. This one doesn't.
People arrive exhausted and performing. They leave knowing what they have been running from and what they actually want. That is not a small thing. Most people spend decades not knowing.
"Simon created a foundation for me to build from after years of struggling with feelings of failure and never feeling accomplished enough. He traced it back to where it started, helped me understand why my mind works the way it does, and over time it became clearer. I now have a clear path ahead."
James, UK"Before seeing Simon I struggled with daily panic attacks and carried a lot of pain from my past. Working with him completely changed my perspective. He helped me heal, reconnect with myself, and manage my anxiety in a healthy way. I now leave every session feeling lighter, calmer and more positive. It has honestly changed my life."
