A full week is not realistic for everyone. Work, family, public responsibilities or the simple difficulty of disappearing for seven days can make the longer private format impossible.
The weekend exists for that situation. It creates two uninterrupted days of direct therapeutic work with Simon without pretending that two days can do the same job as seven.
If Simon believes the work needs more time than a weekend can responsibly hold, he will say so before anything is arranged.
Friday to Monday. Two days of work in the middle.

Shorter does not mean less serious.
The Private Weekend Intensive is not a lighter, cheaper or simplified version of the seven-day Private Ridge Intensive.
It is a different amount of time for a different practical situation. The purpose is still serious therapeutic work, led directly by Simon, with the programme following what is actually happening rather than filling a fixed timetable.
If what you are carrying needs more continuity, more space or more than two days can responsibly hold, the seven-day Private Ridge Intensive may be the better route.
For people who need privacy and intensity, but cannot give the work seven days.
You cannot disappear for a full week
The weekend may be appropriate where work, family or other responsibilities make seven days unrealistic.

There is no wider participant group. The therapeutic work is centred on direct time with Simon.

Two consecutive days allow the work to continue rather than repeatedly stopping and restarting.

Suitability matters more than selling the format. Simon will tell you if seven days, the scheduled programme or another kind of support is more appropriate.
The weekend only works if the weekend is the right amount of time.
The Ridge is not suitable for acute psychiatric crisis or active addiction and is not a substitute for emergency, inpatient or medically supervised care.

How long is the Private Weekend Intensive?

Not automatically. Breathwork, equine, wilderness and behavioural elements can be added where Simon believes they will genuinely serve the work.
